28th february 2006- a day in life i will not forget, because 5 of my dearest friends gave me the sweetest (both literally and non-literally) present i've ever received in my life. joey the architect, weiling the transporter, emm the construction worker, wanhua the designer and thiri the maria (aka maid) baked me a gingerbread house for my 18th birthday! they took 2 whole days to do it, and the sight of it made me feel like a little girl again, totally ironical to the significance of birthday! anyway... they took it out during break time and gosh i was shocked beyond words! i was so touched by their efforts i teared. The gingerbread house was adorned with sweets, candies, icing sugar, even miniature ballet dancers! a gift so special, so unique, it will probably be the most memorable bday ever! i never had someone bake a cake for me, moreover, with the effort of 5 people who took the entire weekend to do so! i love the 5 of you. u all made my day special, esp cuz thiri was my maid again today!! well words are just words, and they cant truly express my gratitude, joy and thankfulness i felt today! i guess the next time if i were given the topic "the sweetest moment" again, i'll definitely write about today.

i'm marvelled at what God can really do. to think i had wanted to transfer class this time last year. yet, i found the true meaning of friendship, happiness and true joy in studying through the class that i initially 'dreaded'. i feel ashamed to have thought of abandoning all of you, because if i have done so, i don't know what i would have missed in life. so much i guess, like laughter, smiles, comfort, true friends, sincerity... i love 05s52! happy bday to me! :)

o tdy sucked. we lost to our arch rivals for danceworks... think njc was better than us but i guess things can turn out rather unpredictable...

then i had dinner with ying li cuz i decided to be nice n accompany her to shop since she did so ytd. so... after tt we went shopping. i must haf tried on at least 30 things. tops, bottoms, corset, belts, bags.... uncountable. spent $10 on taiwanese snacks too!! crazy eh? we bought square crackers which are low in sodium, fats and sugar but high in dietary fibre. dunno how true tt is but it tastes good! from taiwanlaozhaopai. so pop down there if u happen to be in marina sq. yep tireeeddd so ttz all folks!

hahhaa again i got bored on the bus and inspiration hit me. it sounds lame now tt i read it again but anyhow.. here it goes..

you had your eyes on me and i had mine on you. each time we exchange glances, the arteries and veins in my heart lament about the extra work they have to do to pump more blood to my excited heart. who are you? who are you, that can cause my heart to skip a beat each time i see you? i feel as though i've risen to the clouds each time you approach close. butterflies flutter in my stomach with excitement each time i turn to see you stealing glances at me. but deep inside, a shadow lingers. how do i let it go? maybe you can show me how...

under the influence of bio. must b ms ng! anw... today was a fun day wif funny things happening. firstly, ning yuan asked me to sing. errmmm??! i cant sing for nuts la! then i ended up at bio remedial. i dunno why! ehhh den i went out wif ying li. n we became losers. we missed the train cuz we stood at the wrong side of the platform. the reason for it? we were admiring how demure(me) and stylish(yingli) we looked. -__- den... hmmm we went to icon. my uncle owns a shop there but somehow the things he sells r ehh pricey. so yingli n i went around walking, n the smart us started from 6th level down instead of the usual way of going upwards, cuz they only haf 1 lift! 1st time shopping wif tt auntie (yingli) together, but we seem to haf similar taste! always picking the same items which further proves our great taste! lol.. kidding. wahaha n we counted the number of couples in school on the way home, witnessed a theft, talked a lot of cock, banged into many displays n i cant remb wad else ald. eventful n stressless day!! HOW I LOVE FRIDAYS AND THE WEEKENDS!! :):)

just want to say thank you to u. you gave me the contents to write the essay that i've written and well... wad can i say? proud to be the owner of the memories you once gave me and hmm i dunno... to u it mite not mean a lot but i guess it means something to me.. well... this essay shld be for u then i guess? haha yep. this week flew by really fast! i cant stand the fact that i sleep so easily in lectures or even tutorials. gosh. how can i stay awake?! missing out on parts of lectures is taking its toll on me now! i cant do my hw cuz i dun understand half the things in the notes! grrr... a mth to BT1 and im damn scared i cant do well. or even pass. on a lighter note, do watch casanova if u wanna catch a movie! itz a really sweet romance comedy! very interesting plot wif cute actor n pretty actresses!

today was interesting. our class decided to play angel-mortal for valentine's day, so all of us had to pick a name to buy a present for. the guys for the gals and vice versa. then came bio lesson, where ms ng gave us all a goody bag each. it wasn't filled with food, but rather, it was filled with meaningful things. 10 of them. they each had meanings and even parables that inspired us and i was really touched after the lesson. i felt enlightened too! anyway, i shall list the 10 things since they are ordinary things, but when put together specially by a caring and thoughtful teacher, things are not just things anymore.

1. a packet of tissue, the packet biology related.
2. 2 x cotton balls.
3. a plaster.
4. candle.
5. 2 rubber bands.
6. chocolate.
7. colour pencil.
8. pencil.

all packed into a bag which has many smiley faces. guaranteed to melt hearts! im starting to love bio now!! :) indeed teachers do play a part in their students' interest. they can either kill or build the interest.

my fren's dad gave me a tennis racket!! wheeee!! haha happiness. n he taught me how to practise hitting at home. lol... i hope i dun hit everything down at home! school was long and draggy today esp gp. juz woke up from a terrible dream awhile ago... gosh i dreamt of my ah ma's funeral. tt is super scary.. i dreamt that i cried like bucket loads and all, den all of a sudden my ah ma woke me up. i guess it really is a wake up call literally, trying to rouse me up from my 'everlasting happiness' that portrays a picture whereby everyone lives happily and doesnt die.

time to study. hahhaa i noe some ppl hate others to refer to themselves as 3rd party, but wad joey did tdy was funny. it was like 2 joeys talking to each other so im juz merely mimicking her... lol...
