yet another great friday and saturday slipped by, like fine sand through the crannies in one's fingers. dance clique had a sleepover at jacq's new house yesterday, and it was really cool! her house looked so like a resort. vintage and timber, much like my ideal dream house. stepping into her house gave a sense of tranquility, and the lift leads to only her doorstep. into the penthouse we stepped, and we toured around the house. the balcony was something which caught our attention. it had a few mirrors, vintage furniture and paraphernalia which brought out the antique feel in the house. i can go on and on about how nice her house is, but ya i wont. anyway, her room's huge. you can dance in it, and there is a walk-in wardrobe! even greater than that is a bathtub that is jacq's size! lol.

after touring, we prepared for wei's arrival. we bought her a cake and made her a book thing so we surprised her with it, before having kfc for dinner. took loads of pictures and after slacking around talking, we played bridge and watched mean girls and rat race! haha fun fun fun! rowan atkinson is such a great actor man. off to bed we headed after movies, and boy i feel great having said things i wanted to say for a long time. btw, you guys are the first people i told! haha pics will be up soon i hope!

i feel like crying now man. in comparison to my peers, i did terribly for prelims. HELLO. it's prelims. and i've NEVER gotten such bad grades for prelims in my life. it's not like i dint study at all... i did study for some subjects, but why did i blank out in the exam hall? conversely, i scored better in subjects that i dint study... utterly disappointed in myself. what the hell man.

yesterday was gabriel's bday so we celebrated in sentosa. suppose to meet at 1 but all were late so by the time we got into sentosa it was 2 plus already. it was a bad day to go there because there was no sun, but rather, rain. blah. literally a wet blanket, but at least we played funny games to keep ourselves entertained. i learnt how to play the "one turtle jump into water" game. wahahah weiling's favourite game. after sentosa, we had dinner and rested for awhile before meeting the guys to go club. went to club momo initially, but weiling got bounced out. the bouncer simply showed her the exit man. ouch. hahaha so we decided to go MOS instead, thinking wei's friend could try and sneak her and ann in. eventually andrea and wei still couldnt go in and so only the 5 of us, jacq, me, gab, jt and yh went in to club. wan hua's ic almost got confiscated as well because andrea kept smiling! in the end the 2 of them went to drink around spore river, with weiling having half a dozen cans of carlsberg. MOS was not bad except that it was freaking crowded ytd, with many obscene couples and a couple of desperados, with one even trying to 'eat' jacq up! stayed till 4plus den we went off. yep next time i wanna go again!!!

yayyyy! today was a really fun day. in the morning i met michelle, my skating pal whom i havent seen since like 2-3 yrs ago because she's studying in glasgow university! gosh. 3rd yr medical student. haha had a really good time chatting with her bout missions, skating and her studies! i wanna study in glasgow too!

then i headed to jo's house to change and meet SPG! wahhahah. i love josharahna. hahah that's spg, and not some blibical name. anyway, sarah was realllllllyyy touched by the present we made her she was on the brink of crying! we took like an entire day to make it man, but it was time well spent! a short time to gather but nonetheless sweet and eventful.

met my classmates for dinner at cafe cartel after that! i ehhh didnt eat there though because i wasn't exactly hungry... 1st time out with the manas clique and they are super funny, and not to mention, CUTE. haha then weiyann, joey and i went shopping! we shopped and cam whored and ate at carl's because i felt hungry. haha and then we decided to brand ourselves. so now we're the BBC. bah bah club. president is LOH WAN HUA! wahahhaha. as for emmm and the rest of the skinny twigs, they are SSC! shou shou club. wahahahahahha.. the name is cool. weiyann and i needa set up business with wan hua soon man. ideas are flooding in like crrrazzzyy! I LOVE BBC! ((:

this was what wan hua and i did in the bead shop today with wei yann and joey. we made a necklace for wei yann and wooo hooo! it looks nice. haha spent loads at chinatown today and i realised that the things they are selling now are things we can get cheaply from taiwan auctions. eg a top was 23 when online it sells for only 9. anyway, i bought a nautical bag, a necklace and some bits and pieces for new things like belt strap and nautical buttons! nautical rocks! :)

woo hoo! havent had so much fun in a long time! anyway, the seventeen birthday bash was a bash worthy of being bashed! it was terribly boring, so wan hua, me, jt and gab went to devil's bar instead. haha got in for free thanks to wan hua and her contacts and we had loads of fun there! haha sabotage is king. i was really impressed with the live band! the singers sang so well, almost as good as the originals! haha and we danced our hearts out till 12, when we decided it was time to head home. while walking towards the mrt station, we decided to watch midnight movie so we were on our way to cineleisure instead. watched monsterhouse and while we were trying to kill time waiting for the movie to begin, we went to play xbox games. i found a game that im good at! like finally! street fighters! i beat the guys a few times and wahahah im damn proud of myself because i was never good at video games. haha yep and after an hour we headed for the movie and it's quite a nice movie. funny, twisted and with hints of horror, enough to make wan hua exclaim "ahhhhh i dont want to sit at the side!!" and then she grabbed and clung on to my arm. hahahha. and so we ended up cabbing home and i reached home at 3plus. by the time i bathed and all, it was 4 plus and time for me to sleep, although i couldnt really sleep.

anyway, i retract my words. guess my impressions of you hasnt really changed. life has many ups and downs and sometimes you just don't know how some things mean a lot to others.

o! another nice movie is singapore dreaming. a movie which many can relate to, like the language, culture and even the liang teh. a heartwarming and although predictable, it displays the fragility and practicality of a typical singaporean. watch it and support singapore's creative industry! o tried village at heeren and the food was not too bad. similar to marche's so i dont know why they had to change management and all. yesterday-today was a fun fun day!

jerm in a cage with tofu.

dinner was good! actually more like supper than dinner... went to sun and moon restaurant at wheelock place and i think that place will be my favourite place now! the chicken wings there are superb. jerm and i shared 4 wings and i was lefting wanting more! the wings were juicy, tender and delicately marinated and fried. *drools* then i had the tofu cheesecake. it came with a cage and a crane although i don't know how they are related! anyway, it didnt taste like tofu. it tasted like cheesecake, albeit the tofu like texture of the cheese. i think tim and joyce's dessert was nicer though! they had 4in1, which was a bento with 4 types of desserts- black sesame pudding, konnyaku, chocolate icecream and apricot mochi. it was aesthetically appealing and definitely palatable! wooo im craving to dine there again,hopefully full course, not just desserts. argh. this blogger wont publish my pic with my delightable cheesecake, but publishes jerm with the cake! blah. God please rain money...

i just performed an operation. an operation to remove a long sstrand of my hair from my eye. i don't know how it managed to drop into my eye man! it was 2 inches long. ouch. and i took 25 minutes to get it out. apparatus includes : cotton bud soaked in saline, and a pair of nifty hands, and swearing mouth. hahahaha im mad. my poor eye is still burning and in trauma.

today was dance farewell and i think the farewell was fun! hahahah firstly, we had to meet in school, but we were half an hour late. kept them waiting, so i felt bad. then, we were led to the chartered bus, blindfolded by our juniors. they made us walk such a far distance la! anw, we went up the bus and were on our way to amanda's house. the juniors told us we were going jb ok. basket. i believed. hahaha anyway, after reaching, we were led into the swimming pool area ( of course we didnt now we were going to the pool area) and then we were pushed into it! all of us! hahahha i knew it was coming and i refused to walk! i sat on the floor, but that evil xin yi coaxed me to walk towards cheryl, and so i did, and cheryl and i both ended up in the pool. blah. i hit my elbow on the bottom of the shallow pool and it was grazed. anyway, after that, we had food upstairs in amanda's function room and played some games. after that, we had to find our own mystery gift! it was really fun, because i found 10 other people's present first, but i couldnt find mine! i searched for it everywhere, but i couldnt find it! eventually, everyone was looking for my present, and they couldnt find it. hahahaha but finally, vk found it. that evil vk. she hid it in someone else's bag! and they didnt specify bags included! haha so ya eventually i found the gift, and in it is a short that says " I LOVE MY JUNIOS" in front and "SAJC DANCE SOCIETY, SENIOR 2006" hahha it's super thick skin but i must admit that i really love it. the shirt's a lil too big though... and soon the day ended with a whole entire session of phototaking, and a slideshow put together by the juniors!! how i miss them so! thank you juniors! the farewell was smashing!
